After owning a European Tour Operator business in the UK for 8 years, Karen decided back in 2022 to set up Azur Xperiences in line with her moving to the South of France. Her experience in creating unique and inspiring travel experiences in Europe paved the way to making Azur Xperiences a success. 

Karen brings over 33 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, spanning Air, Cruise, Leisure, and Corporate sectors. Her profound knowledge, extensive network, and decades-long supplier relationships have earned her a reputation for delivering her clients access to some of the best-kept secrets around the globe.--

Carole Duros has built a remarkable career in the event management industry, showcasing her exceptional organizational skills and creativity. With over 2 decades of experience, she has successfully orchestrated a wide range of events, from corporate conferences to extravagant private parties.

Her attention to detail and ability to understand her clients' visions have earned her a reputation as a trusted professional in the field. Carole is known for her innovative approach, often incorporating the latest trends and new venues to enhance the attendee’s experience. Through her dedication and passion for event planning, she continues to leave a lasting impact on the industry.

She has now switched into FIT’s as she understands the impact of what mass tourism can do to the environment. She now wants to offer individual clients, special and unique tailor made excursions for small groups on the French Riviera.

Frances discovered very early on in life that she had a passion for all things French. As a means for learning about the French Riviera and meeting people from all over the world, she started working for tour companies; introducing curious travellers to the delights of Nice's food markets, architecture, culture and history. Welcoming people who are on holiday and delighted to be here is the best job in the world.

For Frances, it is so important that she has the opportunity to share her knowledge and help people to have the best experience possible during their precious vacation time. Although the last twenty years of her life have been spent on the Côte d'Azur, she has travelled extensively and lived and worked in England, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Japan before settling in France.

Being passionate about this area also means wanting to protect the place she loves; she was delighted to find that Karen and Carole share her values and vision towards intimate and respectful tourism. She strives to promote local produce and traditions, giving tourists authentic experiences that they will cherish.
