The wine estate surrounded by its hundred-year-old vines, today has a vat room at the cutting edge of technology.
The aging in wood is associated with concrete vats of different shapes providing both power, roundness and freshness for Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône and Vin de Pays wines.
